Designed for total relaxation of the mind and body, expect long gliding strokes, kneading to release tension, and soothing circular movements. Add on the "Spa Snooze" special to incorporate a moment to yourself for extended, uninterrupted unwinding.

*NO MONDAYS* Having chronic muscle pain or stiffness reducing your mobility? This focuses more on specific problem areas utilizing slow, firmer pressure. Lighter strokes to warm up the muscles & relax the client occur before more targeted pressure. Stretching, Trigger Point, & Myofascial work may be included. Communication is key for optimal results. Discomfort from techniques may occur — pain is not the intention. We want to work with the body! 90 minutes is the most optimal length for this service.
